Why ‘MAKE MORE VASES’?

The name comes from a creativity experiment. Two groups were asked to make a vase. One group had to create just one vase — their very best attempt. The other group was free to make as many vases as they could.

When the results were compared, the difference was striking: the group that made the most vases also created the most beautiful and original ones. By focusing on quantity and experimentation, they naturally discovered quality.

That’s what Make More Vases stands for: embracing creativity through making, experimentation, trying, and learning — because the best ideas often emerge when you allow yourself to create freely and abundantly.

Approaching the vase.

In an experiment at film school, a vase was placed in the middle of the classroom for everyone to see. The students were then blindfolded and given a task: approach the vase as closely as possible—without touching it, and certainly without breaking it.

The outcome? Most students stayed far away, too afraid to get close, fearful of making a mistake.

This is exactly our company’s motto:
Dare to approach the vase—go beyond!
